30-Day Returns
ORNUVI offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, items must be unused, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or any applicable legal right of withdrawal.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email jennifernunez161174@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and, if you wish, the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us before arranging return shipping. Where a return is required, ORNUVI will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email jennifernunez161174@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs, where available, can help us assess the problem.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Our 30-day voluntary return window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Exceptions
Where permitted by applicable law, returns may be excluded for:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Perishable goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Any applicable product-specific restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. These exceptions do not remove your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us at jennifernunez161174@outlook.com. Depending on product availability, we may ask you to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are entitled to the EU statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, email us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will refund payments covered by the withdrawal right, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You will bear the direct return shipping cost only if this was disclosed before purchase and we have not agreed to cover it.
Refunds
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
